Lagoon Wimbledon Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers make an ideal present for a loved one on any special occasion, including Christmas, a Birthday, Mother’s Day, a Wedding Anniversary or Valentine’s Day.
Gift vouchers for Lagoon Wimbledon can be purchased online via our gift voucher provider Phorest (using the link above). The e-gift card is then emailed to you or if you choose, the e-gift card can be sent straight to the email address of the person you wish to give the present to.
For those who prefer a printed ‘traditional style’ paper gift voucher, these can still be purchased in person from the Lagoon Wimbledon beauty salon. A summary of our online gift voucher terms and conditions is shown below.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions (for e-gift cards)
- Gift cards purchased on or after 30/08/23 are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The gift card is valid at Lagoon, 139 Alexandra Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 7JY and can be used to pay for beauty treatment services and/or beauty products sold by Lagoon.
- To redeem, gift cards must be presented when paying for Lagoon’s products or services, either on the screen of a device (such as a smartphone) or as a printed out copy of the voucher.
- No change will be given after purchases made using a gift card, but the gift card balance can be used for future purchases.
- Gift cards can be used multiple times until all of the remaining balance is spent.
- Gift cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £20, up to a maximum of £1,000.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or store charge card.
- Email gift cards should be treated as cash. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Gift cards purchased online for delivery by email are free to receive (i.e. there is no delivery charge).

Gift Card FAQs
Where can I buy a Lagoon gift card?
Gift cards are available to purchase online via this website, with payment by a debit card or credit card. If you order online your e-gift card will be delivered by email. You can also buy physical gift vouchers in person from Lagoon Wimbledon. Just pop in and speak to a team member in the salon reception.
Who can I send an email e-gift to?
Email gift cards can be sent to anyone with a valid email address.
When I order an email e-gift card for a friend, how will I know it has been sent?
During the online checkout process select, “send to someone else”. Enter the intended recipient’s details for the gift card and your own email address for a receipt. After you've made payment, you should receive an email receipt for your gift voucher purchase.
What if the e-gift card is not received?
Please check our spam inbox. If you still cannot find the e-gift card email, please email our team with your details, including your name, the email address of the intended gift card recipient and (if you have it) the unique gift voucher number. Our team will respond to your query as soon as possible.
Where can I spend the Lagoon gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed at Lagoon beauty salon in Wimbledon (Lagoon, 139 Alexandra Road, London, SW19 7JY). The salon is conveniently located in the Wimbledon town centre, less than 2 minutes’ walk from Wimbledon train station.
How do I spend an e-gift card received?
Simply show the email – which contains a unique gift voucher number and barcode to Lagoon salon reception when paying. This can either be on the screen of a suitable device (such as a smartphone) or printed copy.
Do I have to spend all the money on my gift card in one go?
Not at all. If there is any remaining balance on your gift card, feel free to come back and spend it before the expiry date.
For how long is my gift card valid for?
For all e-gift cards sold on or after 30/08/23: the Gift Card is valid for 12 months.
Where can I find out what the remaining balance is on my gift card?
To check the balance on your gift card, please email Lagoon. Provide your name and unique gift voucher number.
